Togekiss Redesign

Togekiss redesign for  pokemon contest.

Why I Dislike the Original Togekiss Design:

Like many of the Sinnoh evolutions of previous Pokemon, I felt that the plump Togekiss did not fit with Togetic. I also missed his little arms for using Metronome.

How I Changed it

• I kept a body shape more similar to Togetic because the bipedal stature seemed to fit the angelic theme of the Pokemon.
• I made the wings more butterfly-like to incorporate the fairy/ flying duo type combination.
• I added aspects of the original design such as colored spikes, solid triangles, and the wing shapes to some extent.
• I wanted to make Togekiss cute and reflective of its purity.
• The design is a play on the term "butterfly kiss"
